Photo, Videography and Social Media Waiver

Acknowledgment:

By registering my child(ren) or myself with the Huron Hurricanes Aquatic Club, I acknowledge that in the course of regular activities, photographs and videos may be taken by the Huron Hurricanes Aquatic Club for training purposes or to celebrate achievements. Photography is not allowed in private areas such as change rooms and behind the starting blocks while in use by a swimmer.

Permission:

I hereby give my permission for my child(ren) or myself to be photographed/recorded during their activities with the Huron Hurricanes Aquatic Club.  Further I give my permission to use media taken by the Huron Hurricanes Aquatic Club on social media outlets for the sole purpose of the promoting Club. 

Any concerns should be brought forward for discussion to the Huron Hurricanes Aquatic Club Board of Directors.
